Privacy Policy

Hone by Relicon is a daily planning tool. It shows your tasks, goals, calendar and the emails you have flagged in one place. This policy explains what Hone collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.
What Hone stores
- Your email address, used to sign you in.
- The workspaces, tasks and goals you create.
- If you connect a Google account: your calendar events for roughly the past day and next nine days, and the sender, subject, preview and date of emails you have starred in Gmail.
- An encrypted access token that lets Hone refresh that calendar and email information.
How Google data is used
Hone requests read-only access to Gmail and Google Calendar. It uses that access only to show your schedule and starred emails inside Hone, and to suggest tasks from starred emails. Suggested tasks are never added until you approve them. Hone cannot send, delete or change any email or calendar event.
Hone's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google data is not sold, not used for advertising, and not used to train general-purpose AI models. To suggest tasks, the text of a starred email may be sent to Anthropic's Claude API for processing; Anthropic does not use that data to train its models.
Where data is kept
Data is stored with Supabase (database and sign-in) and served through Vercel. Access is limited to your own account by database rules, and Google tokens are encrypted before they are stored.
Your choices
- Disconnect a Google account at any time in Hone's Settings. Its cached calendar and email data is deleted and Hone's access is revoked.
- You can also remove Hone's access from your Google Account permissions.
- To delete your Hone account and everything in it, email garrett@relicbuilt.com.
